Operating a Motorcycle in West Virginia
In order to operate a motorcycle in the state of West Virginia you must:
- Meet the state’s minimum age requirement
- Obtain an West Virginia motorcycle license or license endorsement (you may also need to obtain a motorcycle instruction permit)
- Register your motorcycle with the state of West Virginia
- Obtain insurance coverage that meets West Virginia state requirements
